Registered with the LYON Bar since 2004, I practiced in two Lyon firms (including CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for more than ten years) in the intellectual property and new technologies departments before choosing to set up on my own .

I assist individuals, SMEs, SMIs, Start-ups, but also large groups at national and international level in many fields (literary publishing, software publishers, pharmaceuticals, research and distribution in the medical field, writers, musicians, DJ, engineering company, photographers..)

I provide advice and litigation in matters of intellectual property and new technologies (IT, protection of personal data), business law, commercial law, civil law and contracts.

Particularly aware of mediation, I favor, whenever possible, amicable solutions, alternatives to litigation (mediation, negotiation, participatory procedure).

Used to working with operational staff, I am available and responsive; I offer you pragmatic solutions, adapted to the reality of your project and the economic realities that surround it.

After obtaining a DESS in biotechnology law, I spent a few years in Australia where I obtained an LLM with a specialization in intellectual property (University of Queensland, Australia).

I got :

- in 2011 the certificate of specialization in intellectual property law and new technologies, IT and communication law issued by the National Bar Council.

- in 2015 the Computing and Freedom Correspondent Specialization Certificate delivered by the CNAM.

I work with the Master in Literary Edition at the University of Clermont Auvergne (Introduction course to Intellectual Property and Copyright).

I work in close collaboration with colleagues and industrial property attorneys, particularly when the file requires a reinforced team (processing of disputes before the JUB - unified patent court) or IT experts (in the context of IT expertise, for example).

I have also established partnerships with colleagues working in corporate law, tax law, employment law, competition law and commercial leases.

These partnerships with responsive and experienced colleagues allow the implementation of coordinated strategy and defense on all levels and the conduct of complete audits during acquisition or transfer operations.

Associations, I participate in the work of:

– AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property)

– GRAPI (Rhône-Alpes Group for the protection of Industrial Property)

– PI-TIC Commission (Intellectual Property – Information and Communication Technologies Commission of the Lyon Bar)
